Information we may collect

When you choose to submit a website form, we may receive information such as your name, email address, organization, the question or need you describe, and the path or service you selected. If you complete a media or AI permission form, we may also receive the permissions you select, your typed signature, the purpose you describe, and standard technical information such as IP address and browser user agent.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, continue conversations, provide requested services, support online service requests, document permissions, improve workflows, and route a request to Brian Keith Hill or an appropriate AI Boss Mobility system when human review is needed.

AI-assisted services

Some AI Boss Mobility experiences use AI-assisted tools to help organize questions, explain options, or support follow-up. AI is not intended to replace human judgment for major financial, legal, contractual, or other high-impact decisions. Brian may step in personally when a decision requires human review.

Free Google AI voice conversations

If you choose the experimental Google AI Studio free-tier voice feature, the audio you speak and the AI responses are transmitted directly between your browser and Google’s Gemini Live service. Under Google’s unpaid API terms, Google may use that material to improve its services, including review by people. Please do not share passwords, confidential business information, financial or health records, or identifying details about others. This pilot is for adults 18 and older. Your microphone starts only if you click Start and grant browser permission, and voice sessions end automatically after two minutes. AI Boss Mobility does not save conversation recordings or transcripts through this feature; Google’s own data handling is governed by its terms and policies. The existing voice assistant is a separate service with separate terms.

Service providers and external links

We may use service providers for website hosting, scheduling, communication, customer relationship management, workflow automation, and data organization. Depending on the workflow you choose, this can include services such as Railway, Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Meet, Airtable, or GoHighLevel. External services have their own privacy practices.

Sharing and selling information

AI Boss Mobility does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or fulfill a request, or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing business records, permission records, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that AI Boss Mobility controls, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also choose not to submit optional forms and instead contact Brian directly.
